Stephen joined the company in 1998 in the role of workshop engineer and progressed through the department becoming the supervisor and then the manager. During this time he had an active role in all the departments within the company.
Stephen then moved into ICT and with the knowledge gained through working in the various departments has helped him to develop the company IT requirements. Last year Stephen was promoted to Operations manager and has the responsibility for the daily running of the business in Ireland.
